Hi! I am Stephanie Winslow, Founder and Principal Consultant at Blind Spot.  My work at Blind Spot began in 2016 after the sale of our family packaging business.  

 

My purpose now is to fortify the foundation of businesses and enable growth. I work with those in business who are unsure how to prioritize, but are hungry for growth.  With my skills and experience I help companies identify gaps that hinder growth and develop methodical solutions to perpetuate growth.

I approach all of life, including my work, through lens of Biblical principals.  I serve on the BOD of Adult & Teen Challenge of St. Louis and I am an Executive Leader for Unconventional Business Women.
